Hassle-free Payments & Returns

We do not charge for pieces upfront and there is no obligation to purchase. This is a credit-free service and as such there are no hidden fees or interest charges.

At checkout, you will only pay the delivery fee. Your card will then be charged at the end of your 5 day try on period for any pieces that have not been returned. Making a return is easy via our Returns Portal.

For the Concierge Service, we will take secure payment via our mobile card reader at the end of your 40 minute appointment. Your Concierge will take any returns away with them.

Where is the service available?

The Try for 5 service is available across all of the UK, including Northern Ireland. 

Harper Concierge Appointments are available across all of Greater London

How do I place my order?

Add the items that you wish to try to your bag and select ‘Try Before You Buy’ at the basket. You will then have the option to select the Try for 5 service (available for UK postcodes) or to select a Style Concierge Appointment (available for Greater London postcodes). No payment will be taken at checkout.

What is styling assistance? 

Your Style Concierge can offer helpful advice as an experienced fashion advisor and will be there to help you during your appointment. Alternatively, if you would like to try the items on alone, they will drop off the items and arrive back in 40 minutes to take payment for any kept goods and to collect unwanted items. 

How do I pay?

  • For the Concierge service, payment will be taken at the end of the appointment via a mobile card reader (Amex accepted)
  • For the Try for 5 service, we will charge your card for the pieces you decide to keep at the end of the 5 day try-on period. Payment will be taken from card which you registered at checkout.

What if don’t want to keep any items?

Your Style Concierge will collect the unwanted items and take the £14.95 service charge. Please note this fee is waived if you spend over £350 in the appointment.

Can I return additional items after my appointment or 5 day try-on period?

All Harper orders are subject to our standard return policy. Providing the items are posted back to us within 14 days of delivery, they can be returned for refund by following our UK return process found here.

Can I add or make changes to my order?

We are unable to modify orders after they have been placed.
If you need to cancel your Try for 5 order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been despatched, but you can return your order using the Harper Returns Portal to avoid being charged.

Can I change or cancel my appointment date/time?

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let Harper know as soon as possible by contacting  service@harperconcierge.com or by calling +44 ( 0) 333 939 8123.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, discount codes can be applied at checkout. Simply enter the code during checkout and the discount will be reflected in the total amount charged. Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

How many pieces can I try?

Customers using the Try for 5 service are permitted to order up to 4 items at a time. Customers using the Concierge service are permitted to order up to 5 items at a time. When checking out, you will be notified if you have reached the basket limit.

How much does this cost?

The Concierge service costs £14.95, which is payable by card at your appointment. This fee will be waived if you spend over £350 in the appointment.
There is no charge for the Try for 5 service.

Can I use it for all products?

Earrings cannot be purchased via Try for 5 or Harper Concierge.
